The team of Dr. John Pawlus and master ceramist Duane Stahl have been working together for over 25 years. During this time, they have not only transformed the smiles of thousands of patients but also created the leading technologies used in the making of veneers. Many of these technologies have been patented, won awards internationally, and been sold and taught around the world.
Examples of Some of the Veneer Technology Developed at Pawlus Dental
These brushes are used to make porcelain veneers. They were designed and made by Dr. John Pawlus. They were exhibited in Frankfurt, Germany, at the largest International Tradeshow of its kind with over 2500 vendors. These brushes were awarded the best new tool for their unique features.
They can hang vertically to allow water to drip down and away from the handle.
They rest in the bowl, suspended in water, yet maintain their proper shape without touching the bottom due to the magnets and magnetic stainless steel used in their construction.
No other refractory dye material is shaded like the tooth is. We can, therefore, more predictably create feldspathic veneer to the desired color. It also allows for a greater fit of the final veneer. This was developed for use with the UniPin system.
These were the first ever stains created that allowed us to stain the refractory dye so we could mimic dak-stained teeth. This allows us to more predictably block out stains yet provide lifelike translucency.
Dr. Pawlus is one of the best veneer dentists in the country and has decades of experience with veneer dentistry.
Along with master lab technician Ted Stahl, Dr. Pawlus developed a revolutionary new system for modeling veneers that’s now in use by dentists nationwide.
Unlike most dentists, we have an in-house dental lab. This allows us to build veneers and other dental prosthetics much faster compared to dentists who use outsourced dental labs.
With advanced technology like 3D imaging, it’s never been easier or faster to get the veneers you need for a brighter smile.
We can offer dental sedation to keep you feeling safe and comfortable during treatment, even if you have dental anxiety.
If you are missing a smaller portion of your front tooth, a micro veneer may be the best option.
We have developed the most complete system ever made for creating life-life veneers for dark-stained teeth.
