Because I’ve had a lot of health issues, I CANNOT ask for a better Dentist and his staff members. They have been so patient working with me. Dr. Pawlus wanted to make sure that my lower implants denture and upper dentures fit me properly and comfortable. I’m so proud of my dentist, he has NEVER once tried to rush me out and move onto the next patient. Dr. Pawlus made sure he used the correct and best implants because he truly does want to make sure you walk out of his office with the best smile you could possibly ever have. So please, if you’re reading this PLEASE give Dr. Pawlus the benefit of doubt and give him the chance to prove that your smile will be worth all your bucks.

Here it is one year later. Because of my healing condition, Dr. Pawlus and his staff have been extremely patient, loving and caring towards me and haven’t given up on me. In fact, if it wasn’t for Dr. Pawlus I wouldn’t have known about my healing condition. So I know he is a blessing to me.
They just hired a new member and they’ve done a great job hiring him (Chuy). Chuy has been working with me and all I can say is that his momma raised one well manor son (his sister works there as well and she’s amazing). Oh yeah, not only does Chuy have a great personality, he’s ONE FINE LOOKING young man. 😉😊😋 (sorry ladies, he’s already spoken for). Everyone that works at Pawlus Dental are well trained, professional and lots of fun to be around. I promise you’ll LOVE them.

I’ve always had a phobia of all dentists till I met Dr. Pawlus. Naturally I always pray before going in to meet the dentist but this ONE time I walked in with peace and comfort. All the dentist before Dr. Pawlus I had to be put out. However, with Dr. Pawlus there was peace and calmness. They gave me some medication to relax me instead of putting me out and done some major work on my mouth. What’s even more amazing is that I was so comfortable I actually watched most of what they were doing. Yes I’m am very sore and having some difficulties but it’s in Gods hand and Dr. Pawlus hands. I’m praising God for leading Dr. Pawlus and his phenomenal staff members too help me. Oh yes, Dr. Pawlus has a beautiful therapy dog too. I just love these guys. The staff at Pawlus Dental is so awesome. I broke a tooth off of my partial plate and it had to be sent to Indianapolis for repair. The staff knew how embarrassed I was without my teeth so they overnighted the partial to Indy in order to get it back as soon as possible. I received a call from a staff member on Friday who had to go to the office for a plumbing issue they were experiencing. She told me my partial had came in and asked if I would like to come pick it up. She waited 30 minutes for me on her day off just so I could have my partial back!!!!!!!! The whole process was completed in 3 days! What a great team effort.

The dentist was friendly and explained everything involved in a tooth lmplant as I had one of my front tooth broke off at the gum line and i was very concerned about the future of my teeth. After the staff took all the necessary x-rays and Dr.John G. Paulus looked everything over and come up with my best options for restoring my front tooth with a implant. I was impressed with him so I said I want to move forward on treatment and as soon as possible and to my surprise i was set up for a appointment the very day.
I had that tooth pulled and was lucky enough to get a insert that day and was happy about that. He was very professional and skillful and I felt at ease so now I'm waiting on that area to heal and looking forward to future visits.
I highly recommend this dentist and the staff.

My intake paperwork included a questionnaire offering choice of drink, TV/movie, and option of Bose head phones with music. I was first seen by the hygienist, Brook. Very friendly, professional, and thorough. Impressed with the technology used and the personal knowledge of Brook. Brook was also very gentle! No discomfort at any moment. Next, Dr. Pawlus came in introducing himself and said, “call me John”. This a small thing that is huge making the visit have a personal and comfortable atmosphere. He was also kind, professional and knowledgeable with expertise. They had TVs playing in the room with one on the wall and one on the ceiling. Atmosphere was awesome! Very relaxing. Staff was nice and friendly and upbeat from start to finish. Receptionist finished me up. I received a goodie bag! She then said she would be happy to email my treatment plan so my visit wouldn’t be any longer than it was. I received a treatment plan in a timely manner. Plus he gives you advice on how to take care of your mouth/teeth. The nurses are great too.
I just think we should have timed me appointment a bit different, because it cost me more than it could have. Other than that, I’m happy to go back.
